Il Bastone e la Carota

La carota:

Il progetto Ict (Information and communication technology) ha permesso:

-Quasi 21 milioni e 700 mila euro (42 miliardi di lire) investiti

-500 scuole coinvolte

-145 progetti finanziati

-23 istituti riconosciuti come Centri di servizio, animazione e sperimentazione (Csas), dotati di connessioni ad alta velocità e di apparati tecnologici per videoconferenze.


Il Bastone:

Il taglio di 560 posti nelle scuole piemontesi consentira’ di:

-Aumentare il numero di allievi per classe

-Tagliare le classi, specie nelle scuole superiori

-Eliminare gli organici funzionali con i progetti ICT e di insegnamento dell’Inglese ad essi associati

-Negare il funzionamento di indirizzi diversi nelle scuole superiori in presenza di due sole classi prime

Forniteci pure i loghi (DSchola, Scuole Piemonte, SAS, ENIS), i finanziamenti, i bandi di concorso e le infrastrutture ICT, ma senza le risorse “umane” come è possibile realizzare i progetti?
