Description: On 28 March 2001 the European Commission adopted the action plan 'eLearning, designing tomorrow's education' which forms part of the overall eEurope action plan. This contract will involve carrying out analysis, evaluation, comparative, feasibility or follow-up studies on themes from those areas the eLearning action plan has defined as being intervention areas. In particular these studies will look at the competitive nature of the European educational multimedia sectors and at eLearning's resources and the impact it has in the vocational training fields and/or on cross-sectoral issues in the context of lifelong learning.
Intended Total Procurement: The contract will be divided into several lots. The total contract value will be in the range EUR 400,000 to EUR 600,000.
