The Conference Planning Committee of the 17h Annual Conference on Distance Teaching and Learning invites you to join more than 1,100 colleagues from around the world at this leading forum on distance education and training.

This year’s conference will offer nearly 140 presentations featuring keynotes, workshops, panel discussions, and information sessions that examine a wide range of critical success factors, practical applications, teaching methods, course designs, innovative solutions, and future developments. NEW additions to the program this year include two all-day advanced seminars on Wednesday and an emerging technologies panel of Internet2 experts accompanied by a day of live virtual presentations via this new fast network.

Keynote and spotlight presenters include; Dr. Tony Bates, Open Learning Agency of British Columbia; Dr. Andy DiPaolo, Stanford Center for Professional Development; William Horton, Author of Designing Web-Based Training; and Dr. Michael Zastrocky, Academic Strategies, Gartner, Inc.
