È uno dei maître à penser di Linux e dell’open source e, tenendo fede al suo ruolo, è arrabbiato con chi vuole imporre i brevetti al software: «L’Europa deve bloccare quel progetto di legge», ha tuonato a Milano nella conferenza d’apertura del LinuxWorld, la fiera dedicata al mondo del pinguino arrivata alla seconda edizione.
